Shaz’s Random Thoughts: PSU vs NEB edition.

It’s always a ball with Shane Sparks on the call! Penn State is favored but I believe the Cornhuskers match-up well. Nebraska’s lineup creates more “toss-ups” than most.

125 - Caleb Smith is more intense and physical. Braeden Davis seems to be coming up on the wrong end of the “BIG” scrambles.

133 - Where is Aaron Nagao? Dang.

141 - Beau Bartlett has a clutch factor. Great match by Brock Hardy to get back into it.

149 - Crafty Ridge “Lyle” Lovett in crunchtime. Tyler Kasak battled well but could have used some misdirection off those quick Duck-Unders.

157 - Sick “Ropeclimb” by Levi Haines to get that 2nd period Takedown. MONSTER! Peyton Robb’s athleticism really makes this rivalry great.

165 - I love the physicality by Antrell Taylor up until Mitchell took over, physically. What a LOVE-FEST between Mesenbrink and the PSU fans!

174 - DOMINANCE by Carter STAR-occi! HIs body awareness is unmatched, haven’t seen Starocci in bad position enough to count past one hand.

184 - Nice SHOES/SOCKS COMBO by Lenny Pinto! I hope we see the Black version of the socks next time. Pinto felt the “Bern” late but held on nicely.

197 - Great sportsmanship by Aaron Brooks. SIlas Allred knew he was up against a BUZZSAW but hung in there.

HWT: Kerk is ridiculous but why not try to get more work in Neutral? New Rule Idea: If a wrestler has surrendered over 2:00 in riding time, he/she can NOT choose BOTTOM!
