There is a clear top-tier. Those below that level form the rest of a DEEP weight class.

It will be close to the finish but I don’t see Matthews pulling it off. I like the matchup between Vince Cornell-a and Lachlan McNeil, will be fun to watch. we’ll select McNeil given his recent performances in the clutch.

• Both wrestlers escape and it’s 1-1 late in the 3rd. Controversial takedown awarded to Bartlett and as action continues, Mendez with a reversal and danger back points to edge Bartlett at the buzzer! Jesse Mendez is a NCAA National Champion!
